Lunar New Year Paper Collage - A benefit for the Mutual Aid LA Network

This year is the year of the snake. Make a paper collage of your or your loved one's zodiac sign for Lunar New Year!

In an effort to help those who have been directly affected by the Los Angeles Wildfires, we at Nellita's Craft along with Kristina Yu have decided to turn this workshop into a fundraising effort. A portion of the proceeds from this workshop will be donated to Mutual Aid Los Angeles Network which uses their funds to reach and support smaller, local mutual aid efforts across the city who are doing direct, on-the-ground work for LA Wildfire Relief. Additionally, workshop tickets have also been updated to reflect a sliding scale of $25 - $60 with a select number of seats available for each ticket option.

Create an original piece of art with Kristina Yu of Cheery Human Studios. She'll lead a workshop to transform a blank sheet of paper into a colorful, personal paper collage art piece with your favorite lunar zodiac sign. Kristina will provide templates and guidance as we use watercolors to explore a variety of color combinations in our own styles and then turn those designs into a creative collage. All supplies are provided! Just bring yourself.
