Explore journaling as a form of private art, a way to experiment with writing and visual art without worrying about an audience. Whether you’re a new or experienced writer, having a journal as a space for play and experimentation can enrich your life and your creative practice.
In this workshop, you’ll be guided through a series of prompts focused on noticing and honoring the small moments that make up our lives. Short readings from a range of authors will show you the possibilities of journaling and personal writing. We’ll also add visual art to the process with washi tape and simple drawing exercises.
Sunday, January 25
11 am - 1 pm
Ticket: $42 bring your own journal / +$22 add on a soft cover plain Leuchtturm journal in Lilac, Sage, or Black.
